Alpha Challenge -V

On commence avec la lettre V pour le challenge proposé sur le blog Craftbarn, pour ma part ce ne sera pas un dictionnaire altéré mais plutôt des tags rappelant la lettre de l'alphabet et une citation.

We start with the V letter for the challenge on the Craftbarn blog, I will add each letter on a tag and add a quote.

Ma page est faite depuis quelques jours mais pas encore postée...donc voici la suite de mon calendrier proposé sur le blog Craftbarn.
I created my page a few days ago but didnt have time to post it...finally here is the next page of my calendar with the instruction posted on the Craftbarn blog.

J'ai fait un petit tuto à voir ici et à télécharger ici pour réaliser son propre fond avec des tampons, neocolor ou aquarelle et poudre à embosser. Isa de la boutique Infinimentscrap propose en challenge d'utiliser ce tuto et récompensera la gagnante avec un bon d'achat de 25 EUR pour choisir des tampons dans la boutique.

I have written a tutorial here that may be downloaded here to create your own background with stamps, neocolor II or watercolor and embossing powder. The tutorial is in French (with pictures and step by step instructions) but if you are interested just drop me a comment below and I will make a summary in English.

Colouring Technique

Craft Barn has a great challenge, and very cool techniques on the blog...I like watercolours in sticks, they are great to make backgrounds and it is really fun to see the color move on the paper. I altered the cover of a notebook, it is also inspired by a  picture posted on UJ this week

Playing with colours...

Sur le blog Craftbarn, il y a des informations super intéressantes sur la manière de combiner les couleurs entre elles et comme justement je viens de commencer mon carnet d'inspiration, j'ai réalisé 2 tags pour justement illustrer la théorie en partant du bleu:
On the Craftbarn blog, there is an interesting post to learn how to combine colours and as I have just started my inspiration notebook, I have made 2 tags starting with the blue colour.

2. couleurs proches: j'ai utilisé sur le fond l'encre Kurekolor turquoise, un superbe effet de transparence sur l'acrylique (tampon Infinimentscrap Certifié conforme) avec une superbe couleur

2. neighbouring colours: you can see Zig Kurecolour ink in the background, love the transparency effect on acrylic and the colour is so vibrant (stamp by Infinimentscrap)

Calendrier - décembre

Et voici la dernière page de mon calendrier, donc le mois de décembre en rouge et vert ainsi que du brillant que l'on ne voit pas très bien mais rendu par les paillettes du glimmer.
Here is the last page of my calendar, it is the month of December in red and green with sparkling that does not show very well on the picture, I used glimmer mist for the glimmer effect.

Calendrier-octobre

Nous voici arrivé au mois d'octobre pour le projet de calendrier proposé sur le blog Craftbarn: cette semaine des couleurs d'automne, des feuilles et en option des étampes T. Holz. J'ai rempli les 3 conditions: tampon feuille est de Paper Artsy, tampon T. Holz "mini ornate", tampon calendrier Infinimentscrap. Je trouvais qu'il manquait quelque chose alors j'ai ajouté quelques traits au feutre Zig (couleur métallique dorée) pour compléter la palette des couleurs de l'automne
We have arrived in October for the weekly challenge on the Craftbarn blog: this week's instructions are "autumn shades", "leaves" and T. Holz stamps as an option. I fulfilled the 3 conditions (stamps by paper artsy, T. Holz "mini ornates" & Infinimentscrap. I added some lines with the Zig (metallic colour - gold) to have all the shades of autumn!!!

Calender - septembre

Cette fois-ci je n'ai pas utilisé la couleur proposée comme couleur dominante mais tout y est: le vieux papier, les lignes rouges et le die (dentelle). C'est toujours un plaisir de voir sur le blog de Craftbarn ce que les autres ont réalisé avec les mêmes consignes.
This time I didn't use the "old paper" color as the main color but I have included everything: old paper, red lines and die (lace die). I always enjoy watching on the Craftbarn blog what the other participants have created with the same instructions.

Calendar-janvier

J'aime beaucoup le thème du challenge lancé sur le blog Craft Barn, il s'agit de réaliser son propre calendrier à raison d'un mois chaque semaine en suivant les consignes. Cette semaine-ci du bleu et du craquelé, que j'ai tamponné avec le tampon craquelé Crafty Individuals. Le fond est réalisé avec du gesso, des neocolors et aquarelle bleus. Tampon Paper Artsy et Infinimentscrap (planche calendrier qui sortira le 1er octobre)

Love the idea of the challenge launched on the Craft Barn blog, we have to create our own calendar, one month every week. This week's we have to  include some blue and crackle (crackle stamp by Crafty Individuals). I made my background with gesso, neocolors and watercolor. The other stamps are by Paper Artsy and Infinimentscrap (calendar sheet to be released on 1st October)
