Birthday Party-challenge {1}

It is the birthday party on Inkurable Stampers...I won't have time to make all the challenges but you can join in the fun and send your participation till Wednesday.

I cut out both covers from a piece of recycled wood and covered them with a coat of gesso. When dried I added a coat of blue and indian ink. I didn't wait that it dries out and wiped it out to remove partly the ink. When both covers were completely dried I realized that the fibers of the wood were showing through the paint ...

I cut 6 squares and made a collage, added acrylic paint and stamped on some of them. The girls with a ballon is stamped on separate sheet, cut out and adhered to acetate with 3D-glue.
